Pros: works great.. even found files that I had deleted months ago.
Cons: would like to see a bootable version from CD

Pros: Drive wasn't mounting, boomerang got EVERYTHING back... nothing else I tried worked.
Cons: Higher price than others.
Summary: Well made program, easy to use.. Support answered a question I had almost immediately... kudos

"TERRIBLE COMPANY - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Pros: Software works in most cases - but if you recover garbage - they count that as recovered data.
Cons: Terrible company.
Changed the terms of use after I originally bought the earlier version. Wanted me to upgrade to their yearly scheme and BANNED my activation code for the previous version.Summary: Dealt with them for the last 2 years - and the customer service is TERRIBLE - they want to fight everything at every level. Pros: Was easy to use, each recovery type is split into multiple categories. I was able to preview the data before I saved it. Price was good. Documentation was good. Website was clear and easy to use. Support area of site was clear and easy to use.
Cons: Slow scanning when looking for recovered data. An email to tech support explained that a deleted file recovery required a 'sector by sector' scan of the entire device in order to find all the deleted files.
