From The BonkEnc Project :BonkEnc is a CD ripper, audio encoder and converter for various formats. It can produce MP3, MP4 / M4A, Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Bonk and FLAC files. BonkEnc supports free db protocol level 6 (Unicode), CDText and ID3v2 tags and is available in several languages. BonkEnc makes it easy to convert your CDs to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis audio files. Files can be automatically tagged to include artist and title information. Version 1.0.4 fixes some minor bugs and includes translation updates.

Pros: I use these sofware abaout 3 months, encode well.
Cons: I Have some problems to put the cds information in the list, some times Repeat 1 or 2 traks, in empty form!

Pros: Haven't tried ripping, but file conversion in batch works great. And it's free!
Cons: Publisher could have mentioned that, optionally, it comes with source code as well. For some, that's an added bonus!

"It's very good, all it lacks is support for WMA files."
Pros: It supports a wide variety of file types, languages and it works well - it is faster and more efficient than other programs. Best of all, it's free!
Cons: It doesn't support WMA (Windows Media Audio) files.

Pros: Its simple to use, very fast.12 tracks only took 3-4 minutes to encode from m4a to mp3.No spyware/adware (checked with 3 spyware programs) Thats all they ask is, if you want to donate.Best of all........
