From The BonkEnc Project :BonkEnc is a CD ripper, audio encoder and converter for various formats. It can produce MP3, MP4 / M4A, Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Bonk and FLAC files. BonkEnc supports freedb protocol level 6 (Unicode), CDText and ID3v2 tags and is available in several languages. BonkEnc makes it easy to convert your CDs to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis audio files. Files can be automatically tagged to include artist and title information.
What's new in this version:
Version 1.0.2 is a service release including translation updates, installer improvements and some bug fixes.

Pros: If You Need to convert to mp3, this is for you! No muss, No fuss. It's fast, easy, and good for the novice or the pro, and it works well with vista! It's hard to find encoders without a ton of bells and whistles, but this one is straight-forward and effective.
Cons: No problems.
