Pros
Joined 2 downloaded mp4 files 21.8 MB and 19.2 MB. Made one 41 MB file of quality comparable to the original.
Cons
This is only a trial version good for 8 days.
Summary
This is a trial only version. The full version costs $23.95 with free lifetime upgrades. I will consider buying

You want Freemake Video Converter instead. I paid for the Boilsoft Product, and it's terrible. Freemake does much more, much better, and completely for free!

I registered with Boilsoft Yesterday, and have still not received my registration code. I have sent 2 emails with a copy of the PayPal receipt to request a status, and have had no response. Beware of this company!
Summary
I have registered many programs online over the years with no issues. This is the first time I've had an issue, and the lack of response is a deal breaker for me!

"Audio out of sync on merged files = useless output"

Audio is out of sync on the merge file (audio becomes more out of sync the furthur into the merged file you get).
Support giving me the runaround. I've given them two samples with no resolution/refund (it's been 5 weeks since I reported my problem).Summary
Save your money. I could not detect the audio out sync issue in their trial version since I could only merge 2 small files. I was using the simplist merge option (native format) and the output merge file was useless due to the audio being so blatently out of sync. I uploaded 2 different samples at supports request and have had to prompt for updates multiple times. Support saw the sync issue on the first upload then later claimed the sync issues weren't obvious and requested another sample. This issue is still not resolved after nearly 5 weeks.

I read the 1st users description about a limited trial and that was enough to send me elsewhere. I too despise these limited trials. Much better to let you use it a few times and then decide.
