This program houses several components necessary to design a powerful health and fitness plan but takes some getting used to. Its large download size requires even more space because of the many add-ins you must import to customize Body Fuel and Fitness Pro to your liking. In all honesty, its interface is textual and downright boring. The program suggests you begin by importing the weight add-in, food library, and exercise library. From there you'll answer some questionnaires to get your weight, BMI, and body fat, but a conversions calculator isn't provided and all measurements are based on the metric system. Once you've set it up, you can keep track of meals and exercise routines, and monitor your progress through journal entries and charts. Though easy navigation isn't its strong suit, Body Fuel and Fitness Pro does offer a wealth of information and resources for physical fitness enthusiasts.
