What's new in this version:

Added in new div name #page-bottom-contents in each design's main.css ï¬?le for page-bottom area in place of older #page-bottom p div name. Sandvox 1.6.1 and above uses the new div name to wrap, style, and position the page-bottom area's content.
Because of addition of new div name #page-bottom-contents, Trifecta v2.0 designs require use of Sandvox 1.6.1 and above.
Added new placeholder image to each design.
