Will you be an evil or a benevolent deity? That's the choice you must make upon returning to a warring land in Black & White 2. Like its predecessor, Black & White, the sequel is all about moral choices. The land, however, has transformed itself. The inhabitants of this breathtaking 3D world have lost their innocence and developed new weapons and technology. As you enter this warring world, will you make tribes coexist peacefully; encouraging villages and towns to grow into sprawling metropolises, or prompt them to inflict their will upon others by, creating and commanding large armies that seek to dominate and conquer?
Creatures in the game have grown too. They can learn strategies, master new abilities and skills, lead armies into battle and be your ultimate unit. Black & White 2 includes other new elements, such as improved graphics and miracle effects such as rivers of fire and earthquakes that yield massive destruction. Every choice you make will have an impact. Each action and inactions prompts obvious changes to buildings, flora and fauna, all morphing to reflect your personality.
This demo lets you learn the intricacies of playing god as you check out one of the early lands in the game.

Any fan of real-time strategy games should quickly come to appreciate the work that has gone into this game.
Cons
Downloading gave me flashbacks of dial-up, with an average speed of 20kbps.
Summary
Excellent game if you don't mind waiting 15 hours to download.

I love this game and in the first 30 minutes of the demo I went out and bought the game!I still play B&W 2 and I got the expansion pack a while ago but didnt play it... way too hard for starters! The sandbox mode is great and I love all the creatures except the monkey but I loved the demo as well so I guess I should've talked about that O_O

I dont like that it's made by EA I really don't like what they do with their games and if this game would have been online with EA being a part of it I probably would hate this game and if you have a fast comp the download is NOT long

Its an awesome game and the graphics are bloody brilliant
i dont think ive ever played a game like this before!
its great! from an overview, you can see the people chopping wood, etc and zoom in and you can see beetles on the grass! thats how cool it is
and as for the creatures, theyre hilarious!
try using the giant cow

the graphics are so great because it needs a lot of pc power
even on a great system it runs quite slow
but then again, which game today doesnt use so many system resources?
thats the only thing that stopped me from giving this 5 stars
