Version: Bible Pro 12.9.10
"EXODUS 20:16 Thou shalt not BEAR FALSE WITNESS against thy neighbor."
Pros: This has the potential to be a great program if it wasn't for all the hidden agendas. The program is by all means NOT free.
Cons: Basically, the program does everything they say it does EXCEPT for the fact that in order for that to happen, you have to order a "free CD" which costs $8.95 to ship in the US. For example, they say it comes with 43 versions of the Bible. But when you download the program, it really only has 2 versions in it and in order to get the rest, you have to order the $8.95 CD. What you get for free is basically the the skelleton of the program and then one popup after another one trying to get you to order th CD. I've sent CD's all over the place for no more than a couple of stamps. Let's see, a CD costs, $1.00 and a couple stamps is .82 cents and an envelope is .20 cents. That's a far cry from $8.95! I don't have a problem paying 9 bucks for a good program but don't tell me that it's free and all the great things that it does without telling me about the 9 bucks up front. That's just deceptive and I think the Bible kinda has something to say about that.

"A good program for Bible study"
Pros: Bible Pro has many useful additions with the commentries and different versions of the Bible available. The interface is easy to learn. I like the response to the mouse when it is pointed to a verse reference.
Cons: The search engine is not always successful and the interface with Word is not as interchangable as I would like. Perhaps this could intergrated a bit more as I find it offputing having to change programs during study

Pros: it seemed like good software but because of the lie i wont try it out. not that it isent worth 9 bucks... I just have probs with someone being deceptive. strange its a bible company that would do it!! huh?
A Lie isent a very good way to send the word of GOD!!
