Version: Bible Pro 12.9.7
"Pretty good for being free, Has the feel of Microsft Outlook."
Pros: Ready for some serious studies? Then you for surely will need this program. Also a little tidbit for a good bible study check out The Lords Fourth Commandment. Pray about it, study it, DO IT because He said to remember it. May the Lord bless you all.
Cons: Not really anything bad except if you want the 25,000 commentaries then you have to send in for a free cd but you have to pay for postage. so when you start up the program you always get the question if you want the free cd. But thats the only bad thing that I could find if you want to call it bad. Remember their is no personal interpretation of the bible its either black or white no gray matter just like the blood of Christ.

"Good software but it could be better."
Pros: It's easy to use and the search feature is a big plus. I like the fact that you can change the type and size of the font which makes everything much easier to read. All in all I like Bible Pro but I think it could be better.
Cons: I don't like the fact that there's no NIV version in Bible Pro and I'd have to have a second Bible program just to be able to have that one version. Also, having to remove the whole program and replace it just to update is kind of a pain. I've done several updates now and to tell you the truth I don't see anything new in the program from the one I originally downloaded in the beginning. Might be nice if you could point out the changes so we could actually see them. I also don't like the idea of having to order a new CD everytime there's an update. Sure the CD's free but that 8.95 shipping for that little free CD can mount up.

Version: Bible Pro 12.9.7
"An outstanding Bible study resource that exceeds many commercial products."
Pros: Bible Pro is great software! It has a powerful search feature and its interface is intuitive. Personal notes can be added for each chapter. This is one of the two freeware Bible study resources every Christian should have along with "In the Beginning was the Word". The KJV and ASV come with the free download, many more translations including the Greek and Hebrew come on the CD.
The amount of additional resources available on the "free" CD that can be ordered for $8.95 shipping is worth it. This is a labor of love by the author and users should not only order the CD for its resource value, but should make a donation on top of the shipping fee.
Cons: Bible Pro does not offer personal notes capability for each verse like "In the Beginning was the Word". ITBWTW also makes all the Bible versions available free without ordering a CD.
