Pros: 1) Works reliably 2) Free 3) Quick Preview with decent interface 4) Better than all other free applications I tested (MS SyncToy, File SynchronizeEasy, SyncBack, Cobian Backup, FreeFileSync, AllwaySync and others)
Cons: 1) Cannot handle daylight saving time (workaround: uncheck the adjustment to daylight saving time in the Date/Time control panel). 2) Not the faster synchronization 3) The settings are a bit cumbersome 4) Puts itself among your startup programs
