Pros: 1) Works reliably for one-way syncs. 2) Free. The features that expire are not essential. 3) Quick Preview with decent interface 4) Better than all other free applications I tried (SyncToy, FreeFileSync, SyncBack, Cobian Backup and others)
Cons: 1) Can?t handle daylight saving time (workaround: uncheck the Daylight Saving Time check-box in the Date/Time Control Panel). 2) Sync speed a bit slow 3) The settings are a bit cumbersome. 4) Puts itself among your startup programs
