Pros: All I had to do was download the product and install it and enter my credit card number and it was smooth sailing from their on out
Cons: I had some little problems but tech support was great very helpful and straighten out my problems very quickly and efficiently

Pros: I give this application 5 stars. Installation was a breeze. As soon as installation was completed I was up and running. I made a test call and left a VoiceMail which is easy to listen too Just by clicking the VoiceMail button.
As for TECH SUPPORT how could this be a CON? I think if they are able to help and get you up and running and able to use the software. This is a GOOD thing!
Cons: Nothing even remotely bad to write about this product. Just make sure you have a GOOD microphone. If you have a notebook computer such as myself and it comes with a built-in Mic. It does not give the desired result for other users.

"Excellent product, easy to use and no credit card required"
Pros: Installation is really fast and smooth, after that it offers to create an account which I did.
For a free account no credit card is necessary, the only limitation for a free account is that calls to regular phone numbers are not allowed unless you upgrade.
In my case is fine because my relatives have installed the product and calls to any user are totally free independently of the location where they are.
It has many features but most I like the custom ring tones and buddy icons, it gives a fun and nice look and feel to the product.

"Belkin Softphone Unusable and Unsupported"
Cons: I could not USE the product I downloaded, installed a heavy .NET framework to use, and gave my credit card information to use. All I ended up with was a glorified email account with an everywhere.net address and a pointless piece of software that wouldn't even allow me to log-in to.
Support is basically non-existent, though constant references to their expensive hardware-based VOIP system are thrown at the user, like bones, when attempts are made to get useful assistance from their website or 'knowledge base'. The only recourse a user has is to email or call, which is utterly ridiculous for an issue like 'cannot log in'.
Cancellation must also be done by email, leaving the user to wonder if charges will be appearing on their credit card statement.
This product/service does not appear to be a 'full-version' despite the distinct lack of reference as such on any literature available at their website, and despite the apparent availability to purchase (and submit payment infos) for the product!
