Pros: I was really worried about losing files if something happened to my computer, but no more! The Wizard made it really easy to find to find the files I needed to save, or I can just save the whole computer. It has a bunch of safety features to keep you from accidentally shooting yourself in the foot, which I really like: For example, renaming a folder doesn't mess up saved backup plans. Not to mention it's just out and out easy to use! I finished my first backup within a half hour, and felt totally confident I had saved what I needed.
Pros: User interface is simple and flexible. I was installed, configured and burning my first disc of a 3 disc backup in about 20 minutes. Coulda done it faster if I let the Wizard do everything for me, but I wanted to poke around. A few days later I emailed them a question, which was answered very promptly and thoroughly.

Anybody reading the review by "ROMM10038" should read the followup comments as well - they cast an entirely different light on the issue, and reinforce my positive experience with their tech support.
Cons: I downloaded the trial program. Tried to install, and got the message "Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date. Check OKAY if you would like setup to update these files for you now....".
Hey I aborted set up! What gives? I have a 2 month old Dell 8400, Windows XP and SP2 pre-installed, all Windows updates current, and Dell has no idea what they are talking about! I'm not messing around blind with my computer!
