Version: Backup E-mail 2.0
Cons: I had to purchase the product to try out the restore. They don't support Outlook 2003 with Business Contact manager installed. When I contacted them and asked for a refund - they just said tough. I think they should make clearer statements on their web site about what the product can and cannot do. I also think they should treat the customer with greater understanding and care.

"Did Not Work. Fake Gaurantee."
Pros: Simple instructions.
Cons: Software did not work.
Support was not live as the website picture suggests.
Support took too long.
They did not honor their "100% gaurantee".Summary: It did not work. I followed the simple instructions to move my Outlook emails from my old computer to my new one. Nothing happened. No emails, no accounts.
