From BSRSoft :Captures video, sound and pictures of anything you see on your screen and records to AVI (Standard Video Format), SWF (Flash File) and WMV (Windows Media Video). Any portion of the screen can be selected for recording. You include audio from microphone, speakers ('what you hear'), CD etc. Record subtitles, cut and save portions from videos, add/mix sounds and narration, join videos, change their speed, dimensions and compression, create movies from picture files, synchronizes audio automatically. With the Movie Lab (AVI editor), you can create presentations, tutorials, and software demos, produce videos for video sharing web sites. Textboxes, callouts, images, pictures, videos, mirrors, slow downs, speed-ups, various transitions and effects can be added to videos. Has a separate version for Windows Vista.

Version: BSR Screen Recorder 4.2.13
"Good but dont try to get a cracked version im warning you"
Pros: Awesome program! Records audio which is sweet
Cons: Watermarks (logos) are too big and if u try to get a full version for free on internet 99.9% of searches are trojans trust me it happened 2 me!

Version: BSR Screen Recorder 4.2.13
Pros: It sometimes does a great job of screen recording. Has audio capability (which I don't use).
Cons: With every available codec loaded, this hangs up about 80% of the attempts - or appears to run, but comes up unable to save the file - and even the "temp" file is inaccessible to both Windows Media, and to Bulent.
Summary: The selection of compression codec is apparently very important - yet NONE of them allow this creation to run. Uncompressed is the only way I get any capture - and then only about half the time. I have sent more automated error messages to Microsoft... read more >>

Version: BSR Screen Recorder 4.2.13
Pros: havent downloaded it yet but its the same price as hypercam but better quality for if i buy it so thats a good thing great that it has zoom in audia and mic. audio that might come useful.
Cons: dosent seem bad it dosent have as much as the 300 dollar and 700 dollar ones but dosent seem to have that many (if any) defects so testing should come good.

Cons: Only records 'what-you-hear' if your soundcard already supports it.

Pros: Seems easy to use and has useful features like highlighting the cursor and produces mouse click sounds (though the sound itself is a little annoying).
Cons: Must eventually pay for it.
Summary: It seems the best of all the ones I've trialled.
