This companion application works with the Body Fuel and Fitness Pro program, but doesn't add any new functionality. BF&F Weight can be imported after installing Body Fuel and Fitness Pro, and requires you to fill in some questionnaires to get your weight, BMI, and body fat. Unfortunately, a conversions calculator isn't provided and all measurements are based on the metric system. Once you've entered readings, you'll be able to view and monitor your progress through charts. In testing, we were disappointed in this add-on's unintuitive navigation and the fact that it duplicated functionality already found through add-ons that come bundled with the main program. Although BF&F Weight is free of charge, it doesn't enhance the program as expected and there seems to be little point in downloading it.Publisher's description
