From Jetico :BCWipe ensures that another person will not restore files you have deleted from a disk. It uses military-grade procedures to shred deleted file contents and wipes individual files and folders, free disk space, the swap file (to remove any possible remaining sensitive data), and directory entries. BCWipe includes a Task Manager to set up predefined times when files are to be wiped out automatically.
Version 3.06.3 enhances the procedure of wiping MS Word Recently Used List, and fixes bugs.

"Good, but Anti Tracks is better"
Summary: I used BCWipe for the past year, but found that Anti Tracks blows it away, removing files that BCWipe missed, and Anti Tracks lets you write erasure plug-ins for any program on your desktop via a wizard. Tres cool.
