Pros: When it intrudes for an automatic update, it's a brief event, and can be ignored until one finishes what one is doing.
Cons: The nagging is occasionally tiresome, but a fair price for free AV protection. I'm still inclined to buy the premium version when my cash flow improves. In other words, the nagging hasn't alienated me. One click kills the nag-screen. No big deal.
Summary: It works, it doesn't bog down my system, and it's free.
