"The most annoying free antivirus out there!"
Pros: Good virus detection not so good antispyware
Cons: The pop up with every update is extremely annoying unless i can find a way to stop this irritation i will uninstall and go back to avast.If i wanted there pro version i would get it and a stupid nag screen is for sure not going to make me upgrade!
Summary: decent overall protection but sadly i have to give 3 stars due to the silly pop up everytime i update it's like having an irritating mother in law pecking away at your ear!

"Faster than symantic norton antivirus"
Pros: Immediatly after i did install the new version of Avira, it discovered a trojan horse in my my computers
Cons: The new version made my 2 computers freezed many times, every time i did boot the computers, i am using windows XP but with my laptop using windows vista, it didn't freez the laptop

"Better than Symantec Antivirus 2009"
Pros: really hard on all kind of viruses. a free antivirus wid features comparable to any paid antivirus. I think its the 2nd best antivirus application (among both paid & free) after Kaspersky.
Cons: i luved it, no complaints

Pros: I use this program everyday and never yet had any problems. Thanks to whoever made this very dependable program. I am on a fixed budget an this was very useful to me and my machine.
Cons: have not had anything bad to say a bout this program.
Summary: I think it is the best utility program anyone could use and use this program daily for a smooth running machine and get rid of the riff raff we download sometimes to better our machines.Thanks again!
