For those who like their customization in-house, the Avant Browser's latest update might appeal to you. Built on an IE-rendering engine, Avant takes off in a different direction--IE if it were being produced by a small firm instead of Microsoft.
The browser is sufficiently fast, preloaded with two dozen similar skins as well as tabbed browsing and modular toolbars that let you move around and hide the Status bar, Toolbar, Search window, and navigation controls. The Menu bar, though, is counterintuitively pinned to the upper-right corner, and icons for proprietary functions, such as an in-page search term highlighting toggle, aren't instantly comprehensible.
Avant can save personalized data online, making bookmarks and form content accessible from any machine. Around the same size as Firefox, Avant includes many features that are available to Firefox users only through plug-ins--such as automatic form fillers. The Full Screen view autohides all menu bars, a nice touch, but certain plug-ins--notably Flash--didn't work on Windows Vista.
Avant is a good browser with some nice built-in features and interface-customization options, but the lack of extensibility and Vista problems don't help. We recommend it to users who want a Microsoft-based engine but think that Internet Explorer 7 is a pain.

Pros: I love the feature that it will open with the side last used, even multiple sides. It is stable and I can use RoboForm on it.
Cons: I would love to customize it a bit more, buttons like cut, copy and paste etc.
Summary: It is worth trying.

- very low resources neededCons: I miss some extensions known from Firefox like NoScript and CookieCuller. Customization is not as easy as with Firefox. Ad-blocker does not reach FF-ext Adblock plus
Summary: Though missing some things, I allways like to use the Avant Browser when I want to do something on the web quickly and with no security issue.

Pros: it's the best ie based web browser i've ever seen! u can make it more efficient. good luck guys
Cons: it's search engine is a little confusing! i suggest do the same thing that was done in ie7
Summary: i like it because its speed is fast enough and also it doesn't hang like many ie based web browsers. it also has beautiful skin and the best...... it supports my language PERSIAN

"What Firefox should have been, what IE could have been!"
Pros: They left some things out review.
It's little things that make a difference, like the alt+arrow to quickly navigate through tabs + back and forth, without taking your hands off the keyboard, the "open all links on this page", and other refinements.Cons: I don't quite buy the part where they say flash doesn't work.
It works on my system, but by default, it is blocked, as you have full control over everything in this browser.Summary: I have IE, firefox, Chrome and Avant all installed on my machine.
