Pros
Autopatcher will help you to keep almost all of your software up to date.
Cons
Since this is an ever evolving program, there will always be a few pieces of software it doesn't cover.
Summary
If you want a quick way to check most of your software to see if it is up to date, this is THE ONE program to have.

Pros
At first its very handy. However, there is no support and once you make changes, there's no going back.
Cons
I've lost my Windows XP Search Companion because of this program. Now, I can't get it back.
