My hard drive crashed once I was back up and running my key no longer worked.
Summary
They seem to be deleting keys so when people need to reinstall they can charge them for tech support outside of the first year. I didn't need help with their product just to honor the key that I had already paid for. Their software is really cheap but that doesn't give them the right to void keys on a whim. I'll be looking for an alternative.
