"Free or not The best and easier yet.."
Pros: Easy, accurate, it will let you do anything that more expensive programs do but with less code.(and YES I will donate $$ to further development)

Pros: Easy to use but powerful. Follow this sofware author, he is good.
Cons: Its too hard to pay them money from a sense of obligation and conscience. Where is their virtual machine and language? May I invest?

"will save you hours of work by automating everything"
Pros: I've tried many automating utilities with mixed results. Autoit3 will let you automate clicks window oppening,closing entering data into fields running programs and even CHEATING ON GAMES!!!
Cons: You get almost instant response in their FORUM to your questions but you have to post code to show you at least tried to solve the problem. If you dont post code you will be put to SHAME!!!

Pros: i started using autoit about one year ago... before that, i was only using HTML, batch files, etc... until i came across autoit... i downloaded it, and i said, heh, one time use only, then im deleting it... but i finally realized, it was what i was looking for ALL ALONG... and plus, if you know C++ you can use the new DllCall to call Dll functions! it's the best, powerfulist, coolist, scripting language, ever! if your looking to write anything from a simple MessageBox to a full GUI that can play music, display all sorts of things and do many things, than AutoIt is what your lookig for, this is a MUST to try out!!! also, this program, AutoIt is VERY NOOB FRIENDLY! and please, i really recommend you download this, great tool! ;-D
