CNET Editors' review
BoostSpeed is an effective all-encompassing utility suite, combining some of Auslogics' popular freeware titles such as Disk Defrag and Registry Defrag with services that they don't offer elsewhere. There's an uninstall manager, a startup manager for boot cycle customizations, RAM and browser optimizers, file shredder, DirectX diagnostic, Windows tweak manager, and several mini apps to manage Windows settings. It also comes with a rescue center that can back up any settings before you change them. No doubt, BoostSpeed gives you your money's worth, at least in terms of services provided. Upgrading also only costs $10, for those who own older versions.
Are they all worth paying for? That depends on what kind of user you are. Most, if not all, of these features are available as freeware from one vendor or another, and generally one in each category is top-notch or nearly so. Some of the lesser tools, like the tweaks manager and the security feature, didn't live up to our expectations. Tweaks focused on basic functions and wouldn't serve as a replacement for TweakUI, while the security feature merely let me know that we had up-to-date security apps installed. Still, the convenience of having all these tools located under one umbrella was hard to argue with, and even the tools that didn't impress did their jobs hitch-free.
Scan speeds for the features new to us included here were comparable with those in Disk Defrag. Users also got the convenience of optionally setting the program to run at startup and live in the system tray, making most of the program's functionality no more than a context-menu click away. The most useful tools are the Disk Defrag, the RAM optimizer, the Registry Optimizer--if you believe that "optimizing" the Registry is more than snake oil--the file shredder, and the performance monitor. The 15-day trial comes unfettered, allowing you to thoroughly judge if this is a program you want.

"Well worth trying and buying"
Version: Auslogics BoostSpeed 4.1.2
Pros
I loved every aspect of this service. I used it as much as I could during the trial, but at this time I cannot afford it. If I could, I'd buy it on the spot. I don't understand what others don't like about it. You can do so much to optimize your system, and YES, you can do something about the results. My favourite part of the program was the disk wiper. It took quite a while, but I used the next-to-highest level of security and wiped my disks clean of junk files and sensitive information. As someone who's been hacked more than once, this meant a LOT to me.
Cons
Only that I couldn't afford it at the moment! I'll be back for it, though! (FWIW, I took note of some other reviews and feel the need to clarify that I am in no way affiliated with Auslogics nor any of their staff. I can think for myself, thank you.)

"15 day Trial?"
Version: Auslogics BoostSpeed 4.1.2
Pros
I don't know.
Cons
In the 15 day "Trial", you can scan all you like, you just can't do anything about the san results. In short, you'll never know without forking out 30 bucks whether this actually works or not, or even if this will jack your system or not. Forking out $30 without being able to try the software would make you stupid.

"FAKE REVIEWS"
Version: Auslogics BoostSpeed 4.1.2
Cons
these have got to be fake reviews, this program did very little. it ran but there wasn't any difference. actually it seemed to reboot slower, mainly because it removed some needed files. normal everyday maintenance will do the same thing this does and it wouldn't cost you $30.

"great all-in-one maintenance app"
Version: Auslogics BoostSpeed 4.1.2
Pros
Boost speed is handy for addressing registry quirks, particularly ones attached to unremovable applications in the windows "remove programs" window. it includes disk defrag which is the other really handy tool, and some other tweaks that aren't really anything special. the ram cleaner, process editor, and the disk cleanup features aren't really necessary ... mainly because you won't notice any change in performance after running these tools. still a great bundle of tools in one convenient package.
Cons
considering that i'll only ever use the defrag feature, available free as diskdefrag, and the registry cleaner, paying 30 bucks for this program seems quite high. still, for people who are looking for an easy maintenance solution this is probably your best bet.

"Best optimizer that I have tried so far."
Version: Auslogics BoostSpeed 4.1.2
Pros
This program does so much more than the program my son just bought for his computer. Wish I had found this one before he wasted his money on the other one.
