"The best I have been able to find"

Pros
I have tried many cd label programs over the years and this one is by far the easiest I have come across. I was able to print a perfect label in no time. I was never able to do that with other programs including Nero and Acoustica.
Cons
Nothing I could fine so far. Possibly a better choice of artwork but that is SO minor

Pros
Extremely easy to use (Beta version). The support staff is very responsive and actually reads your e-mail. The program can do all the work for you. It finds the names of tracks and times and places them on the label. It also allows you to use any image on your computer and change fonts, colors etc.
I am using an Epson that prints directly on CDs & DVDs and it works great. ( much better than the software that came with the printer)

I found the program easy to install, as well as use. The templates were exceptionally helpful, not to mention that they were actually worthwhile, unlike most. I highly reccomend this program.

It functions very well, and the GUI is simple and intuitive. The image search feature works fine, and I like the ability to designate a default image source. This app is far superior to the labeling mini-apps included with the Roxio, Nero and Feurio burning programs, and to the Stomper 3 app I started out with way back when..

"Superlatives Cannot Do It Justice"

Summary
I find AudioLabel to be an excellent product. No, you don't need a technical degree to navigate your way through it; just a little patience. The features are extremely user-friendly. I especially liked the one that allows you to edit an image within AudioLabel's own interface, rather than having to use an outside program to do it. This saves a lot of time and energy.
The only drawback I can find -- and this is such a minor one that I wonder if it even warrants mentioning -- is that you cannot use ALT command to call up special characters. For instance, Hüsker Dü comes out at Husker Du and Motörhead as Motorhead. I know it's just quibbling, but I'm a perfectionist. Hopefully future versions will correct this oversight.
At $30 USD for a download, it's pretty affordable, even for someone on an extremely tight budget like me.
5 stars and two thumbs way up.
But like I say: superlatives can't do AudioLabel justice. -

This was not the product for me, but only because I only wanted the front jewel case insert, and I couldn't find a way to just do that. Looks like a great program if you want it all. Slightly confusing to use but not too bad.
