From AudioGizmo :Ringtone Creator lets you import an unlimited number of your favorite audio files (MP3, WMA, OGG, and WAV), crop them to a reasonable ringtone length, add fades and amplification, re-encode them to an appropriate bitrate, and upload them to servers for download to your mobile phone. No cables or Bluetooth support required. Ringtone Creator will also send a download link via SMS if your carrier supports this feature. With Ringtone Creator, you can create an unlimited number of ringtones in MP3 format. Version 2.0 adds effects, better reliability, more efficient uploading, and multiple server support. Ringtone Creator also supports loading and saving audio files in MP3, OGG, WMA, and WAV formats.
