From AudioGizmo :Ringtone Creator lets you import your favorite MP3s, crop them to a reasonable ringtone length, re-encode them to an appropriate bitrate, and upload them to servers for download to your mobile phone - all for FREE. No cables or Bluetooth support required. It supports tracks in all flavors of both the WAV and MP3 formats. Ringtone Creator will also send a download link via SMS if your carrier supports this feature. With Ringtone Creator, you can create an unlimited number of ringtones in MP3 format.
Version 1.5 adds support for proxy servers and features several internal speedups. It also fixes an uploading bug that occured for some users.

Version: AudioGizmo Ringtone Creator 1.5
Pros: I like that it makes mp3 ringtones really very easily, from any mp3 or wav files. It has some cons, but I really recommend it. Also, it's with no limitations. I love it :)
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't make wav ringtones, it makes these ones too big so I can't use it as a ringtone. You know...those Kbit/sec knocks me out!
