From ManiacTools :AudioConverter Studio is an Audio Converter and a CD-Ripper combined into one easy-to-use utility. It does CD to MP3 or WMA conversion on the fly, rips CD tracks to WAV files and does WMA to MP3, MP3 to WMA, WMA to WAV, WAV to WMA, OGG to MP3 and WAV to MP3 conversion. Plus, it comes with CDDB support, so you don't have to enter MP3 tag data manually and the program preserves id3 tags when converting a higher quality file to the lower quality
Version 4.3 adds wizard, and fixes bugs.

Version: AudioConverter Studio 4.3
Pros: So far (free trial), I used it only to convert my music cd's into MP3 files, so I can copy them to my mp3player,to listen at work (chain(-gang?)). As a novice I hadn't any problem to find my way. The more difficult options, I leave the reviews to specialists. But so far, I like it, and I will buy it later on.
