This version, labeled 5.6, will install some nasty malware callled seekservice, and you will @%*-X at yourself while trying to get rid of it.
Summary
Had used ARFF version 7.1 for a few years -- it was excellent. Downloaded from this site, no spyware, malware. After OS reinstall, downloaded this Version 5.6 ???? from this site --
this version is actually labeled Version 2009 12.5.1 -- to me this seems shady in itself.
You will regret having installed this BS when your AV starts giving constant alerts about Seekservice and you attempt to eradicate it from your PC.
I no longer attach any value to stated claims of tested spyware free downloads. -

Seems like a nice and simple program that does what it says it will do.
Cons
The spyware or whatever you want to call it. Odd that the interface looks almost exactly like Free Sound Recorder, I mean they look like the same program almost.
Summary
Nice program other then the spyware. Also doesn't seem incredibly easy to choose your bitrate and other audio settings.

I had a previous version of this program and it was a very simple way to record from your sound card.
Cons
This program is "advertisement supported." I didn't finish the install because it looked like it was going to install some kind of adware on my computer.
