"No help in my case."

Cons
I cannot record using this software. I get the message "Cannot find any recording device." The help message says to re-install my audio device which I did and I still received the "Cannot find any recording device." message. The next advice was to click on "recording device." There was no response when clicking on "recording device" and I was left with no more advice and my recorder does not work.

Downloaded the trial version and found it very easy to figure out and use. Tried recording from a cassette recorder (ear jack to mic input on laptop) and got a good quality mp3 that goes directly into itunes. Also, tried recording from an internet radio station through stereo mix and was very impressed with the quality. I will definitely purchase this
