From D.R. Software :Audio Converter converts audio files between wave audio (WAV), MPEG Layer-3 (MP3), and Windows Media Audio (WMA) formats. MPEG Layer-2 (MP2) and MPEG Layer-1 (MP1) files can only be read, not written. Additionally, the program can extract tracks from audio CDs (CD-DA) and store them on disk in the formats listed above. The shareware price is $19.95.
