Compressing an e-mail attachment has become much easier, and now you don't need to perform any routine procedures preparatory to zipping of your files. Attachments2Zip will do it for you automatically. Compress your attachments automatically or manually. Reduce e-mail transmission time. Protect your sensitive attachments with a password. Attachments2Zip allows you to add multiple files to a single archive with a predefined name. In this case, the recipient will not waste time opening all zipped archives one after another. Unzip archived (zip files) e-mail attachments automatically. Customize file type and file size exclusions. Filter attachments from compression based on file size and/or file type. Open any zipped files attached to incoming e-mails in one click. If you use Attachments2Zip, you will always be able to open any zipped e-mails attachments. Microsoft Outlook hides graphical formatting of HTML e-mails. It can also prevent sending or receiving certain types of file attachments considering them malicious. Now, its up to you whether to open a certain zipped file or not. Attachment Zip file naming: When zipping attachments from Outlook you can choose to use the attachment's name for the Zip file. Attachments2Zip toolbar is placed on the e-mail toolbar. It contains buttons that allow you to automatically zip attachments, encrypt files, view a list of attached files (including zipped files), and change the plug-in's options.

Version 1.10 adds auto-encryption with predefined password. Now you can enable auto-encryption of ZIP archive in options, and your attachments will not only be zipped, but also encrypted automatically before they are sent.
