From Sperry Software :Attachment Save, an add-in for Outlook, automatically saves your e-mail attachments, replacing them with URL links and saving you space in your Outlook storage files. It automatically replaces the URL links with the actual attachments when you forward them, and erases the links when you reply for security. The program works on any Outlook e-mail folder, including archive folders; features undo functionality; and even keeps the paper-clip icon in place.
