This simple application creates a slide show to which you can attach a recorded message, though our tests uncovered a few performance flaws. Via an easy-to-understand interface, Ashampoo SeeYa allows you to use choose images files, record audio narration, and save or send your creation as an EXE file. Unfortunately, the program lacks level indicators or controls for altering the strength of the incoming audio signal, so you'll have to experiment to achieve an optimum-sounding message. Also, we never heard our recorded message accompany the slide show, neither when we previewed it nor when we saved it as an EXE. Ashampoo SeeYa will allow you to determine the interval between slides and adjust the size and quality of the images, but we wish the developer would include help files. It would also be nice if you could simply add music files as a soundtrack in addition to narration. All in all, this program needs some work before it can hang with the many full-featured slide-show creation applications out there.
