Pros: Basic features are easy to pick up. Made the first template in an afternoon. Second pass added some nice menu features.
Cons: Hard to find a way to see the field layout. I can do it from my site, but it makes design changes difficult.
Summary: Life saver for me. I can read HTML and CSS but would rather concentrated on business.

"Serious issues with the software and their attitude"
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Won't work on IE6, and their support guy spends his time proving you're wrong, rather than fixing the problem.
Summary: We bought a license and tried it out. The theme breaks in IE6. It breaks to the extent that it freezes the browser and nothing works. PNGFix did not help either. Paul Hudson over at Artisteer has been less than eager to help, and belligerently point... read more >>

Pros: No coding needed, it lets you focus on design aspects.
Cons: A few more lay-out options for colums, RSS and search modules would be nice.
Summary: If you're tired of telling people "I can set up Wordpress for you, but you'll have to choose from a number of pre-designed free templates", but don't have the coding expertise to design them an absolutely amazing template, then this is the way to go.

Pros: Sounds like a great piece of software.
Cons: I have caught the win32.virut virus 2 times immediately after downloading this software from this site. Windows XP - AVG premium - crashed pc. Windows Vista - Norton - so far seems to have avoided disaster
Please check this software for virus again.Summary: If you can remove the virus it looks like a nice piece of software. I can't wait to give it a try now that Norton has cleaned it up.

"Powerful program to create blogs and websites"
Pros: Artisteer lets me do things that I just can't do with my HTML editor. My websites look so professional now. And talk about saving time, wow!
