Version: Artera Turbo Internet Accelerator 3.1
Pros: I notice a small increase in the connection. My Internet Provider, provides the Artrea Internet Accelorator. It takes about 15 to connect plust the time Microsoft Internet Explorer7 takes. All in all about 40 seconds. I'd say not too bad for Dial-Up. My ISP provides the Serial and Key Code Numbers. If you have a problem let Artera know as it might be that you have the wrong Serial Number or Key Code. That was the problem I was having. Write down the infromation and keep it as there will be times when you will need to reinstall. I'm using 'VISTA'. No complaints. I am charged $4.95 per month for this service plus the regular ISP fee. Locally where I am in Canada they have a trial period of 14 days. I didn't download this software from the internet. My ISP looked after the installatrion over Internet. Smooth work. This is not freeware.
Cons: No complaints. Service is great from my ISP.

Version: Artera Turbo Internet Accelerator 3.1
Pros: none. the only reason this has even one star is because it made me put at least one to continue
Cons: when i installed this program, it also installed several ad programs, that i didn't know were there till i looked in my add remove programs menu. one of which was bargain buddy, and a couple or three other things i didn't ask for. not only that it screwed up another program on my computer that i had to uninstall and reinstall. if you don't want any problems with this sort of thing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS.
