Arsenal is a real-time strategy war game with some nice features and surprisingly low system requirements (see screen shot). Features include random map generation with more than a billion possible maps, preset campaign games and random custom games, and a hardware encyclopedia to get the best advantage of your units. Other features include SVGA graphics with real-time video mode changing, and three different landscapes to play on--Europe, Desert, and Arctic.
