Extremely detailed specifications, along with several samples, help you quickly create the buttons you want, including custom border width, shading, style, color, text, applet dimensions, and background. The HTML-encoding section lets you see how your button looks in the selected programming language. From CoffeeCup Software :The Applet Button Factory allows nonprogrammers to create Java applet buttons without Java or HTML coding. These Java buttons add motion and color to normally static buttons and clickable images found on Web sites. The program employs a simple interface that guides you through the creation process by generating all the code and testing the applet. Buttons can have GIF or JPEG images, as well as varied colors and text and motion styles. The program also includes the Applet Previewer, which gives you WYSIWYG drag-and-drop control over the applet, greater control over each button's look and feel, and the ability to differentiate every button. Buttons can have multiple lines of text, and each line can have a different font, font style, and color. Buttons can be aligned anywhere in the applet. Version 5.0 features a new easy-to-use interface, the ability to add scrolling text descriptions to your buttons, fully customizable button layout, one-click button duplication, an HTML-preview window, and more.
Applet Button Factory is free if you host your Web site with CoffeeCup.
