Summary
hard to get a refund because they sell it through plimus.com, which is well-known for selling lots of different chinese scam software.
their $150 Pro version just containts a free mac keylogger software logKext, which cannot correctly record texts in languages other than English. I'll be reporting this and Plimus to BBB
