Version: AoA DVD Ripper SE 3.6
Pros: having tried many of these products (including the ones cnet liked) this one actually works, and has many terrific features.
and the support staff is very friendly and helpful. you cannot find this on any other similar products.
Cons: some features were a bit difficult to find, but hey, the product is new! give it time.

Version: AoA DVD Ripper SE 3.6
"Good program to have. But does not burn VCDs"
Pros: Works fine. Able to rip almost all the DVDs. After a free trial, purchased this program and using it since a week. No problems observed. Have no spyware or any virus attached as my computer has all protections and would have detected if any such softwares. Good product to have
Cons: Free version comes only with 10min ripping time limit.
Not able to support for burning the VCD. Help support does not give an elaborate information so bit difficult for beginners to use this program.
