Publisher's Description
From Tom Whittaker:
This applet can be used for simple animation of two or more images--you can allow your visitors to have no controls, or a full-set of controls: stop & start; set animation speed; single step frames and change direction of animation sequence; go directly to the first or last frame; movie looping or 'rocking' modes. It also allows overlays of other images--if you want to put a map base and some plots or analyses on top of a satellite image, for example. Checkboxes are used to select/un-select overlays. Fade between images--using 8 bit, alpha-component. A slider may be used, or the fading may be animated.

"Thumb's Up!!"
Version: AniS 1.0
Summary
To those of you who put thumbs down, I agree with those who called you morons! Read the creator's description next time. This applet is great for what I was looking for!

"Yes, too idiots"
Version: AniS 1.0
Summary
This is just what I've been looking for. The ability to loop graphics in a time sequence on any platform. And the program works even using local files.
This program is fairly specialized but the help is clear and concise. If you are a scientist and want to display loops of your results this program is for you. -
"Too many stupid people out there..."
Version: AniS 1.0
Summary
I'd like to recommend this program to everyone out there. Don't let the fools who didn't read the instructions stop you from downloading this program. :-)

These files provides very nice instructions on how to write a java script for animation. The focus of the animator is atmospheric science/geophysical info. Nice window feature...

"...morons"
Version: AniS 1.0
Summary
All the other people who submitted comments are blatent idiots who didn't even read the description of the download. Note that we see the word 'applet' and not the word 'program'. If you even looked at the publisher's web site, you'd find this at the top of the page
"AniS is an applet for animating images over the web (through browsers). It is not a stand-alone application for image animation."
Leaving that aside, I feel that this works just fine for me. Feel free to download this 'applet', unless you're a moron, in which case I'd suggest that you try to feed your computer some donuts or something. Have Fun! -

"just files - exe is missing"
Version: AniS 1.0
Summary
Great idea and great thought, but the exe file is missing! So, you extract it and bang can't use it! Just wondering who came up with that idea...
