Pros: Hey! Thanks for a great piece of software. Its made me fall in REAL love with my
ipod! I loved it before with itunes but in the way people must love their
beautiful but stupid child. ;)
Cons: none.

"Scam, Ripoff, Warning don't buy this software"
Cons: This program is abysmal in all aspects. What they don't tell you until after you have paid your $25 is that the software will only work with one Ipod. If you ever get a new one or want to use more than one you are out of luck. The software requires an activation code that only works with one ipod serial number. The customer service is beyond abysmal as when you have problems they send you a form email that has nothing to do with your original complaint or issue. This software is not intuitive or even remotely easy to use. The backup feature did not work and I lost all of my data. There are many other products that are better, easier to use, cheaper and even sometimes free. There are no benefits to this software over the free ones and it is ten times more difficult to use. I had to spend $25, lose all of my data and ultimately learn the hard way. However...you do not. Caveat emptor!

Summary: I was mainly interested in the sync feature. After paying for the product I was not able to sync even once. The software crashed my new computer every time I tried to use it, Red Chair refused to refund my money. Watch Out.
