"Great Product - ZERO support"
Pros: Works as advertised. Very slick, quick and a pleasure to use.
Cons: No support. I bought a new iPod and I am having trouble activating Anapod to work with it. Sent many notes to support and NO RESPONSE I have never experienced such a shoddy attitude from a software company like this. Don;t waste your time with this.

"Not worth the money because there is NO support"
Pros: This program does everything I wanted, I can transfer my mp3's to and from my Ipod and I can also transfer my audio books from audible.com.
Cons: The support for this program is non-existent. Their documentation is mediocre at best and if you email them don't hold your breath expecting a reply.
Summary: I have used this for quite a while now and only have one problem. When I initially purchased it I was able to set up my ipod to transfer audible files but now that I have a new Ipod I can't and they have not responded to my requests for help.

"Beware - if issues NO SERVICE provided"
Pros: Have seen working program in action, and works well
Cons: Ignore the above, if you do not want to risk any technical issues, where you have ZERO chance of hearing back - i have experienced this, as have others on various forums
Summary: Much same experience as reported elsewhere, have had issues - multiple e-mails sent to service request, order site, unique customer problem report number generated; but Alas! no response from any.

"They will not contact you back with your problems."
Pros: None that I can come up with... They rip you off and then will never help you with there non working software
Cons: They will not contact you back with your problems. Stay away from this software.
Waste of money.
Don't use paypal to buy because they will not help you with getting your money back... Always just use a CC...Summary: Stay away from this software
