Just like Reget, the download manager, their support - or LACK OF - is what makes this a bad product. What do you do when it doesn't work and you need help?

Fortunately, the restore appears to work well - it needs to.

It stops my Norton AV running so what else does it stop?
After getting into a real bad state thru not realising that the Norton entries had somehow been damaged by this cleaner, I eventually had to reload from my XP recovery disk - not happy with wasting about 12 hours. One star because I was prevented from giving zero
