Pros: Start up is great. The window is very clean and simple to view with all applicable functions. What appears to be a drag n drop screen is only in appearance. The software company offers a small test period
Cons: After using the software, I decided to buy it. I installed the license and from there, I couldn't batch my conversions. Customer service is very poor. The website (when you pay for the license) explains that it could take up to 48 hours for them to reply with any technical support issue. Fortunately, when I sent a question, they replied within a short period. This is my third email, though. The tech support agent already made a mistake in directing me.
Customer service is NUMBER ONE when it comes to spending money. I requested their phone number and they denied giving it to me.
What appears to be a drag n drop screen is only in appearance. The software company offers a small test period. Not long enough to evaluate their software. I requested a refund. Maybe, they will keep their promise.
