"Pretty damn good"

Pros: Really easy to use, nice look, great converts. So far this is the only program I've ever used that not only converted any video file without loss of quality, but made the quality better. Works great, I love it.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about it is that it isn't free. Converting only 5 files kinda sucks.
