Version: Alleycode HTML Editor 2.2
"Preview window isn't accurate."
Pros: I love the colored lines of code and tags.
Cons: The preview window isn't accurate.

Version: Alleycode HTML Editor 2.2
"Simple layout but there's better"
Pros: Very simple layout and navigation.
Cons: Not real easy to use for novices like me. I think it expects users to have more HTML coding experience. I found Page Breeze much easier to use.

Version: Alleycode HTML Editor 2.2
"Great product, the DLL bug can be fixed"
Pros: Great HTML editor, simple to use and doesn't come with a lot of junk to clutter your computer. Just simple, easy and exactly what you need if you like to build and edit HTML the old-fashioned way.
By the way, Alleycode at their site has a fix for the DLL bug. Don't be fooled...it's not their fault...it happened as a result of a Windows Update and they will link you to the page (through "support" on their menu) to the Hotfix at Microsoft.

Version: Alleycode HTML Editor 2.2
Pros: The GUI is actually quite user-friendly; it took no time at all to figure out what each button was for, etc.
Cons: The preview window really is off, even in a variety of browsers. If they ever figure out how to fix it I will probably try this software again. In the meantime I'll use something that displays the pages accurately as I frequently double-check as I go.
