From Likno Software :AllWebMenus is a DHTML menu/JavaScript menu builder for web navigation that requires absolutely no DHTML or JavaScript experience. It creates any cross-browser, popup or drop-down web menu that works alike in all browsers supporting DHTML held by all popular platforms (Win, MAC, Unix) and browsers (IE, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, Chrome etc.).
DHTML/JavaScript menus are designed with a treelike approach. Tailor your menus by using the interface or by choosing from stylish themes from the Theme Gallery. Fully customize menus through plenty of available CSS properties, AJAX effects, slide menus and more. The menu can be either vertical or horizontal (pop-up or drop-down menu), movable, stay visible while scrolling, contain static or animated images, borders, colors, and more. Once everything is set, you can use the "Link Menu to Web Page" command to link the menu to your Web page in a fast and easy manner.

Version 5.1 build 788 has fixed an issue where a sliding subgroup could not position correctly when the user resized the window (IE only) and also fixed an issue when linking a compiled project to a page and the tag contained extra " " characters.

Pros: It works but it's expensive.
Cons: You download, you purchase then you think your set, nope, you have to keep buying add-ins, themes or whatever to get it to work the way you want it to. This thing ends up costing you a fortune.
Summary: Unless you're prepared to keep buying then go for it. I would not recommend this software because of the greed and dirty handed tactics of the developer.
