All Video Converter is a video-file conversion solution. It converts within AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DVD, VCD, SVCD, and DivX (MPEG-4) formats. Also included is PAL-to-NTSC conversion and vice versa. You can change the codec or system type, including PAL, NTSC, DivX, and Cinepak, as well as support for streaming media (WMV and ASF).
