Pros: Very easy to use. This software is loaded with great tools. Great support. Active port monitor works great.
I was able to find the pest that was running a processor and was able to shut it down. A must have..

"does not remove what it should,cannot contact company for refund"
Pros: well it was very misleading, I have ad-aware, spysweeper and they catch more than your product, and I cant seem to get a hold of this company for a refund, very disappointed in product
Cons: everything, and cannot contact for refund, e-mail address that you list for contact does not exist
